Material:
Fenugreek greens – 1 cup (finely chopped)
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Celery – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic- one spoon paste (can not be added)
Salt – as per taste
Water – to knead the dough
Ghee/Oil – for baking parathas

Method:
First of all, put wheat flour in a vessel and add turmeric, red chilli, celery, coriander powder and salt to it. Now add finely chopped fenugreek leaves to it and gradually add water and knead a soft dough. Make small balls from the kneaded dough and prepare paratha by rolling the ball with a rolling pin.

Keep in mind that the paratha should neither be too thick nor too thin. Now heat the pan, place the paratha and cook it from both the sides while lightly applying ghee or oil.
